Whole Process Quality Control Is the Guarantee of Product Safety

1.RAW MATERIAL

Each batch of raw materials is assigned a unique code, test the indicators of each ingredients according to the standard, put into warehouse after pass.

2.PACKAGING MATERIAL

Take compatibility testing before purchasing. Take 1-3% check bulk packaging materials, inspect appearance and capacity, perform leak and destruction testing, and clean and disinfect after passing the tests.

3.SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCT

Take 7 days examination and compare physical and chemical data with the sample to determine the match. Await microbial test results.

4.FILLING & PACKING

During production, the inspector will examine the filling capacity,packaging material quality, packaging process details, and other aspects to ensure quality control.

5.FINISHED GOODS

Finished products will take microbiological and physicochemical testing. After passing the examinations,the quality inspection department will issue a release certificate to warehouse.
